Ashtanga Yoga Weekend , August 2010

Situated in the Blue mountains National Park( only two hours from Sydney central) is Kanimbla View Eco Retreat Centre in Blackheath. Its tranquil and peaceful bush surroundings are a wonderful place to come and unwind and to give some extra time to your yoga practice. The weekend includes LED and Mysore Yoga classes. These include pranayama and meditation as well as focusing on different aspects of the Ashtanga Yoga practice.
The Weekend starts with a LED class on the Friday night around 5pm. Then there are morning Yoga classes and Afternoon Mysore classes as well as a Yoga philosphy talks to round out the weekend. Also included in the weekend is the wonderful eco accommodation, vegetarian food and local bush walks. For a small extra cost a massage is available with our resident masseuse.

Massages will be going on in between the yoga classes.(Not included in the cost)
Non refundable deposit of $100.00 will secure places. Final payment by the 15th August.
