Ashtanga Yoga has been a big part of Paul's life for the last 20 years. He was introduced to yoga in the late Eighties and began a dedicated daily Ashtanga practice around 1992. Finding the flow of breath and postures of Ashtanga so beneficial for both body and mind He began teaching this style to others so they could also feel the benefits and now teachers both in Sydney as well as the Blue Mountains.
Paul has also studied Anatomy and Physiology to encourage greater body awarness, pranayama and meditation. He has worked with people with injuries and illnesses and found Ashtanga Yoga to be very beneficial for all types of people.
He lives in the Blue Mountains with his partner Emma and their three children Gabriel, Ivy and Pearl.
