Welcome to Blue Mountains Ashtanga Yoga At Blue Mountains Ashtanga Yoga we teach the Ashtanga style of yoga as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois in Mysore India. Both LED and Mysore style classes are conducted which suit beginners to the more advanced. Ashtanga Yoga is a practice where breath and movement are continuous allowing for a flowing sequence of postures and the cultivation of a meditative state of mind. I thank my teacher, Sri K Pattabhi Jois for his dedication to yoga in his life
